Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect my calendar?

Go to Settings > Calendar Sources and tap the service you want to connect (iCloud Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Google Calendar). Follow the authentication prompts to grant calendar read access.

Why am I not receiving alarm notifications?

Check that notification permissions are enabled in Settings > Notifications > Auto Alarm. If your device is in Silent Mode, select the Alarm notification method in alarm rules to break through Silent Mode using AlarmKit.

How do I change the alarm sound?

Go to Settings > Alarm Rules, then edit or create a rule. Under the notification method section, you can choose between standard notification or alarm, and select your preferred sound.

The app is not syncing in the background.

Ensure Background App Refresh is enabled in iOS Settings > General > Background App Refresh. Due to iOS limitations, if you do not open the app for more than 2 days, background sync may stop. Open the app periodically to keep sync active.
