TetoDance Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms apply to the use of the TetoDance service (the "Service") provided by teto.tokyo. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Tickets)

• Tickets are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
• Tickets are consumed in FIFO (first-in, first-out) order, starting with those closest to expiration.
• Expired tickets are forfeited and non-refundable.
• Paid tickets and complimentary tickets are managed separately.

Article 3 (AI Generation)

• We do not guarantee the quality of generated results.
• If a generation fails, you may retry without consuming an additional ticket.
• Copyright in generated results belongs to the user; however, the user grants us a non-exclusive license to use results for service improvement purposes.

Article 4 (Ad-Free)

• Purchasing a product that includes 5 or more tickets automatically grants Ad-Free status.
• Ad-Free is a permanent flag tied to the user's account.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

The following actions are prohibited:

• Attempting to generate content that violates the Content Policy
• Transferring or reselling tickets to third parties
• Unauthorized use of the API or reverse engineering
• Any other actions we deem inappropriate

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of our own willful misconduct or gross negligence. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or intellectual property implications of generated results.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms)

We may update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
